Delete Your DVHTV Account

You can request deletion of your DVHTV account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email from the email address registered to your DVHTV account to support@dvhtv.com.
2. Use the subject line Delete my DVHTV account.
3. Include the email address on the account if it is not already clear from the message.

We may contact you only as needed to verify that the request came from the account owner. We do not ask for your password.

Data deleted

After verification, DVHTV will delete or de-identify account profile data, authentication credentials, active web sessions, device links, pairing records tied to the account, and DVHTV subscription-entitlement records that are no longer required to provide the service.

Data that may be retained

Limited security, fraud-prevention, billing, tax, chargeback, and legal-compliance records may be retained where required or permitted by law. Security and operational records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes. Financial or tax records may be retained for up to seven years when legally required.

Timing

Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. If applicable law requires a different timeframe, that timeframe will apply.
