DVHTV Terms of Service

1. About DVHTV

DVHTV is software provided by DVH-TECHNOLOGIES LLC ("DVH Technologies") for organizing and playing compatible media sources supplied or configured by the user. DVHTV does not provide television channels, playlists, streaming subscriptions, or third-party media content.

2. User responsibility for content

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, subscriptions, and authorization necessary to access any media source or service you configure in DVHTV. You may not use DVHTV to access or distribute content unlawfully.

3. Free and Premium access

DVHTV may offer free, trial, and paid Premium access. Premium features, device limits, and other entitlements are determined by the active subscription or account status shown in your DVHTV account.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, DVHTV Premium supports up to 5 devices per account. An optional +5 Devices subscription increases the account limit by 5 additional device slots while that add-on remains active.

4. Billing and renewals

Direct web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Depending on the platform you use, purchases may also be processed by an applicable app store. DVH Technologies does not store full payment card details in the DVHTV app.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Monthly and annual Premium plans renew at their respective intervals. The +5 Devices add-on renews monthly while active.

Prices, taxes, and any applicable fees are shown before purchase. We may change prices for future billing periods, but material price changes will be communicated or presented as required by applicable law or the relevant billing provider.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the billing-management method made available for that purchase. Unless otherwise required by law or stated by the applicable billing provider, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period.

Canceling the +5 Devices add-on reduces the additional device allowance when that add-on's paid access period ends. If your account then exceeds its available device limit, you may need to deactivate or remove devices before linking another device.

6. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or the rules of the billing provider used for the purchase, subscription charges for completed or partially used billing periods are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact DVHTV support or use the refund process provided by the billing provider that processed the purchase.

7. Account and device security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your DVHTV account and for activity performed through devices linked to it. You should remove or deactivate devices you no longer control.

8. Service availability and compatibility

DVHTV is provided for supported devices and operating systems. Compatibility with third-party media sources, stream formats, provider systems, or device software may vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services or content sources that DVHTV does not control.

9. Prohibited use

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with DVHTV systems, abuse account or device limits, reverse engineer protected service components except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use DVHTV in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

10. Changes to the service or terms

DVH Technologies may update DVHTV, supported features, device compatibility, or these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will provide notice in a reasonable manner. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Our handling of personal information is described in the DVHTV Privacy Policy.
